Painting room
- 350 sqm sphere of operation, with air ventil wall
- 150 sqm, modern painting preparing room, which is functioning contineously, with high pressure hot water equipment.
- We have the staff and equipment for cross cutting test and the examination of painting layer’s adhession.
Materials handling
There are two 3.2 tons roof cranes over the steel construction. These cranes are able to lift parellel so we can manipulate up to 6 tons. There are 1.5 tons cranes over the CNC cutting torch and the cutting machines. We have three trolleys up to 6 tons, and truck crane if necessary. A 20 tons roof crane and a 25 tons railcar help us to move the parts in our workshops. We have got a 10 tons roof crane over the WD 130, and in the hot water washing room and in the painting rooms 5 tons railcars are available.
